A large multi-national food manufacturer used two back-to-back IdeaMap.Net projects to introduce a new line extension for its topping product. Project 1 fleshed out fresh ideas at low risk. Project 2 focused on execution of favorite ideas. Individual models for IdeaMap.Net were validated in one-on-one follow up interviews with respondents. The tests executed a successful rapid move from product model to a finished concept. The product is currently selling very well (#2 in its category).
