New Continents of the Mind: How Mind Genomics Drives Deeper Understanding of Customers, and Produces Better Business
We’ve been taught to cultivate our own little garden. Not true. We stand on the threshold of continents of the mind. Knowing how people respond to the stimuli around them in everyday life lets us employ science to understand what to give to people, how to please them, how to delight them.
But what specifically does one do? In this presentation Dr. Moskowitz will share his experiments on Mind Genomics and food. The goal; provide the listeners with tools and ideas about how to understand just what specifically turns on their customers, and how to create those delights.
His presentation will feature a demonstration of Mind Genomics, done specifically for the food and flavor industries. Through easy to run studies, by probing evaluation (pricing) and by understanding emotion reactions (how do you feel when you read the vignette about dining), Dr. Moskowitz will share with the audience the magic of science, and the sheer joy of finding out just what makes the customer’s mind tick.
