Lawrence Cesnik, U.S. Lead, Global Customer Insights, at LifeScan Inc., a Johnson & Johnson company based in Milpitas, California, and a Moskowitz Jacobs Inc. client, has written a case study “A Coordinated Effort” which was published in the January 7, 2014 issue of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review. The article extols the use of active management of the research process. Cesnik discusses use of Moskowitz Jacobs Inc.’s IdeaMap®.net in a conjoint-based messaging optimization study for OneTouch, the leading U.S. brand of blood glucose monitors and test strips. LifeScan provided the test stimuli, and Moskowitz Jacobs Inc. designed the study, performed the data collection, did the computer modeling, and gave LifeScan the output with analysis.
